Wyvern Pass Report
PASS-Pilot Aircraft Safety Survey
The PASS Report was developed by Wyvern to provide pertinent safety information directly related to a particular operator, aircraft and crew. The PASS Report is part of the due diligence that Air Charter Access is able to provide on behalf of its customers.
A PASS Report is generated on a trip by trip basis to be presented to the customer for added piece of mind in knowing that the aircraft you and your family are stepping aboard is safe.
Each PASS Report verifies crucial information: For Example, the pilot check verifies that the assigned pilot is fully certified, properly Type-rated, has met flight time requirements and has current medical and training records.
Safety Air Charter Access
Air Charter Access understands that safety is the most important factor in your decision making process when obtaining a charter flight. We are committed to providing you with the most up to date safety information pertaining to your charter flight including aircraft, crew and charter operator.
Air Charter Access utilizes aircraft that are privately owned by high net worth individuals and corporations: These aircraft are placed with management companies that are located around the U.S. and Europe, which are then made available for charter to offset the expenses of aircraft ownership. Management companies oversee the employment of pilots, pilot training and recurring training, maintenance and all necessary safety inspections.
All aircraft utilized by Air Charter Access, meet the meticulous regulations set forth by the federal Aviation Administration (FAA) under the FAR Part 135 Operations Certification. Air Charter Access takes a step beyond the FAA regulations, by utilizing management companies that have been evaluated by third party safety auditing companies such as ARG/US (Aviation Research Group) and Wyvern.
During the on-site evaluation of the management company, the audit team follows a strict set of standards that far exceeds the FAA regulations. The audit team consists of two personnel; one specializes in operations and one specializes in maintenance. Upon the completion of the evaluation, the management company must meet the standards set forth by the audit company, in order to be certified as Wyvern or ARG/US rated.
